Judith Meil and Catriona MacLeod have many years of experience in family law matters and are members of The Family Law Association.

Judith is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland both as a Specialist in Family Law and as a Family Law Mediator. She is also a member of CALM the Family Law Mediators.

Both Judith and Catriona are members of and NESCLA, the North East of Scotland Collaborative Lawyers Association.

Collaborative Family Law is a framework for parties, with the assistance of their Lawyers, to discuss practical solutions together, with a view to resolving matters as amicably as possible outwith the Court environment.
